Registration Guidelines

1. All conference participants must pay the registration fee to participate in the conference. Please refer to tables 1-5 for the registration fee inclusive of all applicable taxes.
2. For each paper, in the case of multiple authors, it is expected that at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Only then their paper will be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore.
3. Registration is mandatory for all authors who want conference certificates. In cases of multiple authors, one of the authors needs to register as the primary author and pay the designated registration fee, while the other authors can register as non-primary authors and pay the registration fee according to the table given below.
4. If more than one author wants to present during the conference, they may do so. For such cases, authors are requested to select both primary author and non-primary author as a presenter in the registration form and pay the registration fee according to the table below.
5. If the co-authors just need certificates and do not want to present, then they must choose option ‘non-primary author’ as attendee while filling the registration form and pay the registration fee according to the table below.
6. All authors, primary as well as non-primary authors must register separately, using the registration form link provided on the conference website.
7. The registration fee will be the same for the non-primary authors as a presenter and non-primary authors as attendees.
8. Refer to the table for registration fee structure for student / professional or faculty.
9. Students and faculty members who are IEEE members must provide the IEEE membership number in the registration form mandatorily to avail of the discounted registration fee of the IEEE member category.
10. Please refer to Table 1 and Table 2 for the registration fee to be paid for the various categories of participants in the conference.
11. If any author desires to register for both conference and colloquium, they can avail of the discounted fee mentioned in table 4 and Table 5.
12. The regular registration fee will be applicable for the conference if the registration is completed between 10^th May 2021 and 31^st May 2021, else late registration fee will be applicable from 1^st June 2021 onwards.
13. The registration link for tutorials will be open from 15^th May 2021 to 15^th June 2021. Limited seats are available.
14. Pre-registration is mandatory for attending the Tutorial. 
15. When paying through apps like Paytm, google pay, phonepe, etc. please upload a screenshot of the SMS received from the bank notifying that the fee amount has been debited as this will have the correct UTR number to enable tracking.
16. Please provide some detail relevant to your paper such as paper id, or participant name in the remarks when paying through apps like Paytm, google pay, phonepe, etc. along with the screenshot of the SMS.
