Paper Submission

The two-day event will include tutorials and the conference during 19th-20th Oct 2012, that includes presentations of selected papers, poster sessions, keynote and invited talks on topics related to communication, VLSI, embedded systems, information and computing technologies.  While ICCICT-2012 invites papers in all areas of computer and information technology, papers dealing with the design, modeling and application of VLSI & embedded systems are especially solicited.

Authors are invited to submit full-length (6 pages maximum), original, unpublished papers along with an abstract of at most 200 words. To enable blind review, the author list should be omitted from the main document. Papers violating length and blind-review criteria would be withdrawn from the review process.  Previously published papers or papers currently under review for other conferences/journals should not be submitted and will not be considered for publication.

Initial submission

All submissions (PDF format) can be submitted through the Easy chair Conference papers submission system. Those who do not have an Easy chairaccount will need to create one. Use following link to submit your papers.

NOTE: Do NOT submit a paper via email. This will cause duplicate entry and multiple submission.

Reviews

All submissions undergo a blind review process, through a panel of reviewers formed by the technical program committee. The reviewers would be experts in their respective fields.

For papers, author/s identities should not be revealed in any form in the PDF to aid blind review. Submissions not adhering to this criteria will not be considered for review.

Paper selection

The list of accepted papers will be put up on the website, and the authors of all submitted papers are notified individually on the status. The papers are suitably categorized as Oral or poster papers by the review committee.

Final submission (of accepted papers)

Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit full papers, and Presentation Foils of their talks in Power Point or PDF format. Final submissions will be made available as Proceedings.

Important: Papers submitted as email attachments shall not be considered.
